It is used to train and evaluate leading AI models. Anonymized business conversations, documents and transcripts are exactly the kind of real operational language these models are short on, which is why they are worth paying for. Your corpus is licensed for that purpose and nothing else — it is not resold, syndicated or published.

How is the price determined?

Price is driven by employee count, the number of years covered, how many distinct systems are included, and total volume. Engagements start at $100,000 and run up to $2 million. You get a written valuation range before you commit to anything.

Is any personally identifiable information included?

Accepted Answer

No. Every corpus goes through a multi-pass anonymization pipeline designed to remove names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, government IDs, payment details and credentials before delivery. You approve the redaction report before transfer is finalized.

Do we lose access to our own data?

Accepted Answer

Never. You are licensing a copy. Your systems, retention policies and access controls are untouched.

What systems can you take data from?

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Dropbox, Box, Notion, Confluence, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, GitHub, Snowflake, S3, Azure Blob and most other major business software. If you use something not on the list, add it in the intake form.

How long does the whole process take?

Most engagements close in 30 to 60 days: intake, valuation call, legal, anonymization review, transfer, payment.

Who has access to the corpus after transfer?

Accepted Answer

Only our research and evaluation teams, inside an isolated enclave with audited access. The license is non-exclusive to you and non-transferable for us: your corpus is never resold or passed to a third party.

What does it cost us?

Nothing. There is no fee to submit a manifest, receive a valuation, or walk away. You are paid; you never pay us.
