Corpus Data, Inc. (“Corpus”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and brokers the licensing of archived enterprise data to AI research and evaluation teams. Throughout these terms, “you” refers to the individual submitting information on behalf of a company and, where applicable, that company.

You may use this site for its intended purpose: learning about our valuation and licensing process and submitting a data manifest for evaluation. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach security, scrape content at scale, submit false or misleading information, or use the site in violation of any applicable law.

You represent that any information you submit about a company is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on that company’s behalf.

Submitting a data manifest does not create any obligation on either side. All payout figures shown on the site — including ranges by employee count — are illustrative. A binding figure is provided only in a written valuation, and any payment is subject to diligence, anonymization review, and a signed licensing agreement.

We may decline any submission, at any stage, for any reason, including when a company does not meet our qualification criteria.

By submitting a form on this site, you agree that we may contact you about your submission and related services.

We use SMS marketing for submissions. When you provide a mobile phone number and submit a form, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Corpus — including updates about your valuation, reminders, and occasional marketing offers — at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive a confirmation and no further marketing texts. For help, reply HELP or email us at info@datacorpus.ai. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a valuation.

There is no fee to submit a manifest, receive a valuation, or walk away. You are paid by us if a licensing agreement is signed — you never pay us. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages.

The site, its content, and its design are owned by Corpus Data, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse site content without our written permission. Your company retains all right, title, and interest in its own data at all times.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy of valuation ranges or the uninterrupted availability of the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corpus Data, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
